I had had a conversation with a woman art critic and academic who said that there was not a lot of history of successful women artist dating much younger men as part of the bounty of becoming a legend. This is my 34th birthday, I changed into 34 different dresses and photographed myself with 34 different boys all at least ten years younger than me. This is a modernist type reaction to an even older perception, in a contemporary time. It was also a good reason to have a cocktail party.
